Job Summary
Design and implement a high-frequency trading platform for cryptocurrency markets, including collecting quotes and trades from and disseminating orders to exchanges worldwide; optimize latency using network and systems programming; develop performance-tracking tools and systems for historical market data and trading simulations.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in computer science or a related field
- 5-7 years of software engineering experience
- Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming in C++
- Brilliant problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Good understanding of Linux operating system and Networking (TCP/IP and UDP) is a plus
- Knowledge of Python and shell scripts is a plus
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets, exchange APIs (WebSocket/HTTP), and cloud technologies is a significant plus
