Software Engineer (C#, .NET)

Job Summary
Software Engineers at Thoughtworks collaborate across cross-functional teams to design software solutions, write clean and iterative code, adopt TDD and design patterns, and deliver high-quality software through continuous delivery. The role emphasizes ownership beyond individual deliverables, collaboration with Business Analysts, Designers, Project Managers, and other technologists, and applying the latest technology thinking from our Technology Radar to solve client problems. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience with C#, .NET, and be comfortable in a collaborative, transparent, learning-focused environment; bonus points for cloud technologies like AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience developing with C#, .NET
- Experience with other object-oriented programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python is a plus
- Familiar with Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery
- Good awareness of TDD, continuous integration and continuous delivery approaches/tools
