Job Summary
Develop high-quality, customer-focused software solutions that enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of Litera's cloud-based applications, APIs, and user experiences. Translate business needs into impactful technical solutions by partnering with product, design, and engineering teams while leveraging AI-powered development tools to improve engineering velocity. Build secure, resilient applications and support the adoption of GenAI capabilities to drive measurable value for legal professionals worldwide. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid Denver-based environment, requiring at least three days in the office for collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience developing modern full-stack applications
- Strong experience in C#, .Net, React
- Experience building web applications and APIs using contemporary programming languages, frameworks, and software development practices
- Proficiency working in collaborative development environments utilizing source control, code reviews, and Agile methodologies
- Experience using AI-powered development tools or coding assistants to improve productivity and software delivery outcomes
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills with the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Must be able to be in office at least 3 days a week
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Exposure to DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, containerization, or deployment processes
- Experience incorporating AI or GenAI capabilities into software products or development workflows
