Job Summary
Software Engineer at Bloomerang, contributing to a mission-driven nonprofit platform by delivering high-quality, testable code for a SaaS product built with .NET (C#), TypeScript/Node, and React.js. Participate in Agile ceremonies, engage in code reviews, diagnose and resolve issues to improve reliability and performance of front-to-back systems, and leverage AI tools daily to enhance coding, analysis, and problem-solving. Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to ship features that empower nonprofits to raise more and operate more effectively. Maintain a quality-first mindset with emphasis on unit and integration tests, and grow technical craft across the stack while embracing responsible AI-driven development.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with .NET Core (Nice to Have)
- Experience with NestJS and Kafka (Nice to Have)
- Cloud Infrastructure (AWS) knowledge (Nice to Have)
- CRM experience (Nice to Have)
