Job Summary
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications and integration solutions supporting Epic and LIMS platforms. Contribute to technical design decisions, code reviews, and production deployments while serving as a Tier-2 support resource to troubleshoot complex issues and drive root cause analysis. Partner with analysts, product owners, QA, and stakeholders to deliver clinical solutions, manage sprint planning, and ensure documentation accuracy. Monitor application health, enforce engineering standards, and implement preventative measures to maintain system reliability and scalability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- 2+ years of software development experience with demonstrated success in designing and delivering enterprise applications
- Strong expertise in C#
- Strong expertise in .NET Framework / .NET Core
- Experience building and supporting RESTful APIs
- Experience building and supporting SQL Server and relational database design
- Experience building and supporting Entity Framework Core
- Experience building and supporting Data model design and scaffolding
- Experience building and supporting MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
- Experience developing scalable, maintainable solutions using established architectural patterns and design principles
- Proficiency with source control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Occasional travel to the office (approximately once per quarter) for team meetings, training, or company events

- Experience with Epic integrations, HL7/FHIR, and Mirth Connect
