Job Summary
Design and maintain end-to-end web applications across front-end, back-end, and database layers while implementing agentic AI capabilities into content tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build intuitive high-quality UIs that simplify complex sustainability data for responsible financial decisions. Drive adoption of AI workflows and best practices within the Equities department. Full ownership of a strategic product from an early stage, shaping its architecture, data flows, and AI capabilities. Requires 7+ years of professional experience with full-stack fundamentals including React, TypeScript, Python, and SQL/NoSQL databases. Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in building a great product
- 7+ years of professional experience
- Early adopter of agentic engineering practices
- Strong grasp of the current AI ecosystem (frameworks, tooling, and workflows)
- Strong full-stack fundamentals: React, TypeScript/JavaScript on the frontend
- Python and REST/GraphQL APIs on the backend
- SQL and NoSQL databases
- Hands-on experience deploying and operating solutions end-to-end
- Solid practices around testing, versioning, and observability
- Entrepreneurial drive
- Sharp analytical mindset
- Ability to quickly ramp up on new domains, tools, and techniques through self-learning
- Fluent in English
- Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate
