Job Summary
Own a product surface end to end, from problem definition through shipped, measured outcome. Scope work with design, data science, and GTM partners to write specs, cut scope, and defend decisions. Talk to customers directly by sitting in on calls, reading tickets, and watching users hit walls in real time. Ship fast with small teams and short cycles, then build the underlying data models, APIs, and jobs to keep features fast and reliable as usage scales. Up-level the codebase to improve performance and raise development velocity while mentoring teammates.
