Software Engineer Backend

Lead backend development and ensure quality of microservices, driving availability, scalability, and maintainability. Prioritize requirements and make technically sound trade-offs to balance code quality with delivery speed. Ensure smooth integration with internal and external services while adhering to microservices architecture standards. Act as a key partner to tech and business stakeholders, communicating progress, challenges, and results to keep alignment. Analyze complex problems and propose innovative solutions that impact user experiences and business growth. Technologies: strong Golang (primary) or Kotlin/Java; CI/CD with Jenkins; relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis); testing (unit, integration, end-to-end) and observability (logging, metrics, tracing; Grafana or similar); Cloud (AWS) and container tech (Docker, Kubernetes).
