Job Summary
Develop and enhance Machine Learning software solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy across design and manufacturing processes. Build and optimize data management systems and pipelines to ensure data quality and operational efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop automation solutions that streamline workflows, minimize human error, and enhance result interpretation. Requires an M.S. degree in Computer Science or related quantitative field, proficiency in back-end development, and strong analytical problem-solving skills. Candidates must leverage coding agents and AI tools for daily work. Experience with statistical modeling, deep learning, and semiconductor industry knowledge is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- M.S. Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related quantitative/engineering field
- Solid understanding in software development process
- Proficiency in back-end software/website development
- Firm understanding in data engineering
- Proficiency in development of database and data pipeline
- Proficient in leveraging coding agent and AI tools for daily work
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability
- Good communication, relationship skills and a team player
Desired Qualifications
- Firm understanding of statistical modeling and data analytics methods
- Experience/coursework/research in machine learning and deep learning
- Knowledge in structural, thermal or mechanical in package engineering
- Interested in semiconductor industry
