Job Summary
Design and maintain core backend services using Node.js and TypeScript, focusing on APIs, database management, and business logic workflows. Deploy cloud-based solutions into AWS environments and support CI/CD pipelines, including build scripts and database migration automation. Collaborate with frontend, QA, and infrastructure teams to deliver secure, reliable systems while resolving security findings from SAST, DAST, and VAPT reports. Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience with Node.js
- Strong experience with TypeScript
- Strong experience with Express.js or NestJS
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL
- Strong experience with SQL
- Strong experience with relational modelling
- Strong experience with transactions
- Strong experience with query optimisation
- Experience designing and implementing REST APIs
- Familiarity with OAuth2/OIDC
- Familiarity with JWT/session handling
- Familiarity with RBAC
- Familiarity with secure API access
- Familiarity with AWS-hosted applications and services such as Lambda
- Familiarity with AWS-hosted applications and services such as API Gateway
