Job Summary
Provide L2 application support for business-critical applications by monitoring performance, investigating incidents, and performing root cause analysis. Troubleshoot production issues and service requests using logs, application errors, and database diagnostics. Support release deployments, fixes, and production implementations while collaborating with development, QA, and infrastructure teams. Create and maintain technical documentation and participate in incident, problem, and change management processes. Validate testing and post-release activities to ensure application stability. Requires 2–5 years of experience in .NET application support, SQL troubleshooting, and incident management.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Software Support, or .NET Development
- Experience with C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs, or REST APIs
- Experience with MS SQL Server and SQL troubleshooting
- Experience supporting applications in a production environment
- Exposure to incident management and problem resolution
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

- While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit for extended periods of time
