Job Summary
Software Engineer, API Integrations responsible for leading onboarding and integration of client systems with VideoAmp's API suite. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Client Success to implement and scale API-first integrations, guide clients through integration processes, troubleshoot issues, document learnings, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet client objectives. Requires experience with strongly-typed languages (Golang, Java, Scala), REST, SOAP, JSON, OpenAPI, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), and relational databases (Postgres, Snowflake). Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Preference for familiarity with the media/digital advertising ecosystem and a bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong programming skills in Golang, Java, SQL, REST, JSON, OpenAPI
- Experience with AWS, GCP, Postgres, Snowflake
- Excellent communication and collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple client requests in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in media, streaming, or digital advertising space (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and growth mindset
- Basic understanding of APIs and integration concepts
