Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy microservice-based systems in a Java/Spring ecosystem; evaluate technical solutions for feasibility and fit; perform thorough code reviews; implement automation for clean code, quality gates, and security vulnerability checks; document components; collaborate cross-functionally to balance short-term and long-term needs; mentor other engineers; and apply LLMs to supply-chain or logistics use cases with NLP concepts and cloud-based AI platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with Java, Spring and SpringBoot
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or relevant experience
- Experience building microservice-based high-performance, stable, scalable systems deployed in an enterprise setting
- Experience mentoring other Engineers
- Knowledge of API driven platform development & Software Integration
- Experience with relational and non-relational/NoSQL databases (MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, ES)
- Knowledge on Agile development tools, CI/CD tools like Jenkins
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA, including fine-tuning and prompt engineering for enterprise use cases
