Software Engineer (AI-Native)

Job Summary
Own AWS infrastructure end to end, including architecture, infrastructure-as-code, networking, cost, and scale. Build CI/CD and deployment systems enabling daily confident production releases. Attack DevOps problems with AI agents and LLM tooling to write, refactor, debug, and automate operations. Construct agent execution environments, LLM observability, and evaluation pipelines supporting reliable agentic features. Manage enterprise observability, reliability, and incident response while strengthening SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance posture. Develop automation and AI-powered tooling to multiply team velocity. This individual contributor reports to the Head of Engineering, working on a Boston-centered team building a category-defining agentic platform for Fortune 15 clients.
Required Qualifications
- Deep, hands-on AWS experience
- Fluent in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CDK, or similar)
- Fluent in modern deployment practices: containers, CI/CD, zero-downtime releases
- You already build with AI
- A security mindset by default
- A builder at heart
- High ownership and pragmatic
