Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer in an AI-native full-stack role focused on spec-driven development for energy-industry AI systems. You will write behavioral specs, architectural constraints, and feature requirements that agents implement, build and maintain harness infrastructure with structural tests and linting rules, design validation and end-to-end checks, and own production systems across cloud and on-prem environments with emphasis on reliability, observability, and graceful degradation. You’ll work within an energy-domain context with regulatory compliance and data residency considerations, collaborating on AI agent-driven workflows where agents write the code and tests and humans verify user-facing outcomes. The role stresses deep systems thinking, architectural discipline, and strong communication, with senior-level ownership and a startup-like pace.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of engineering experience
- experience building the infrastructure around agents (CI enforcement, scenario-based testing, documentation systems for agents)
- ability to write specs, architectural constraints, and feature requirements for agents to implement
- comfort with AI-driven workflows and coordinating with AI agents for implementation
