Job Summary
AI/ML Engineer role designing, building, and delivering AI-powered software products including LLM-enabled applications, forecasting models, anomaly detection systems, and intelligent agents. Own the full AI/ML lifecycle from requirements and model design to training, evaluation, API development, deployment, and operational support. Translate operational data into scalable AI capabilities for real-time decision support; collaborate with BI to embed AI features into existing applications; drive AI strategy and partner with executives to align on requirements and business impact. Responsibilities span generative AI, model serving, data pipelines, MLOps, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation, monitoring, and responsible AI practices. Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience; proficiency with Python/Java/C#/TypeScript and tools like MLflow, Databricks, AWS, REST APIs, and CI/CD; domain experience in supply chain/operations analytics is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience building and deploying machine learning models and/or AI-powered applications to production
