Job Summary
Analyzes, designs, develops, and maintains software for the organization’s products and systems. Architects and designs software for highly complex systems, and leads or participates in all phases of software development projects, including code reviews to maintain quality. Develops innovative programs and tools; documents methodologies for broader team use. Provides technical leadership across multiple engineering disciplines to influence program direction and outcomes. Leverages GenAI in the Software Development Lifecycle. Requires a Bachelor's or Advanced Degree and 8+ years with a Bachelor's or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree. Proficient in Java and microservices with Spring Boot; CI/CD pipelines; Docker; Kubernetes; Jenkins; GKE; PostgreSQL; and strong stakeholder collaboration and problem-solving capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 5+ years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree
- Experience in programming using Java and developing microservices using Spring Boot
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, Docker(s), Kubernetes, Jenkins and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
- Expertise in PostgreSQL
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers
