Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain UI and API automation frameworks for critical product workflows and integrations. Develop and enhance automation tools using C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript with Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools to drive end-to-end validation. Troubleshoot automation failures, pipeline issues, and flaky tests while improving stability and execution reliability. Incorporate AI-assisted and agent-based automation techniques to accelerate debugging and test effectiveness. Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to automate business-critical flows within the Process Automation business area.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in software development / test automation
- Strong coding experience in C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Protractor, or similar UI automation tools
- Good experience in UI and API test development
- Exposure to REST / SOAP web services testing
- Good understanding of automation framework design, code quality, and CI/CD integration
- Solid understanding of web protocols, application architecture, and debugging
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with agentic automation or AI-assisted coding tools
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure
- Azure certifications
- Experience working with distributed / global teams
