Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain best-in-class software experiences with a focus on DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Lead CI/CD pipeline design and architecture, prioritize enhancements, defects, automation, and vulnerability remediation; create and refine user stories; groom and maintain Jira backlog; collaborate with Enterprise partners on pipeline infrastructure; lead daily stand-ups and DevOps Community of Excellence sessions; perform code reviews and approve intake requests for pipeline enhancements. Required skills include DevOps principles, CI/CD frameworks, UNIX, bash, YAML, Python, Rancher, Kubernetes, containerization, API concepts, and infrastructure-as-code solutions. Preferred skills include mainframe experience (DB2 and COBOL) and strong documentation, leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Location expectations indicate on-site presence at US-based locations (Brookfield, WI; Hopkins, MN; Minneapolis, MN; Saint Paul, MN) for three or more days per week, with a comprehensive benefits package and a wide range of per-location requirements and policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of relevant experience
- Hands-on technical experience in a DevOps environment
- Experience with CI/CD frameworks
- Proficient knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD principles, including architecture, security, testing, end-to-end automation, and orchestration
- Experience with UNIX, bash scripting, YAML, Python, Rancher, Kubernetes and container principals, API principles, and infrastructure as code solutions
