Job Summary

Develop complex software systems, including processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithms, and real-time systems, by analyzing requirements and translating them into actionable solutions. Design and code new software, debug existing code, and integrate systems into modified environments while developing data queries and database interfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results, ensuring compliance with contract and security standards, and contribute ideas to improve processes and performance. Serve as a team lead where appropriate, review documentation, and execute test procedures to resolve software problem reports.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience supporting government or DoD programs
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with a MD Polygraph
  • Seven (7) years experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university
  • Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Typescript
  • Proficiency in at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
  • Experience building responsive and accessible web interfaces
  • Solid understanding of AWS core services (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, API Gateway, DynamoDB/RDS)
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
  • Proficiency in Python scripting for automation
  • Experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Step Functions)
  • Basic experience integrating AI/ML models into applications
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud security best practices
  • Experience with Git, testing frameworks (unit and integration testing)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Onsite Clearance Required: TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Must be available for weekend shifts

Desired Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications (Security+, CISSP, PMP, AWS, etc.)
  • Agile, cloud, or modernization experience
  • Background in process improvement or analytical services
  • Languages: Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Typescript (preferred)
