Job Summary
Oversee IT projects, manage tasks and deliverables, and provide O&M support for numerous systems. Implement standardized processes and procedures, including supporting the transition to Agile and DevSecOps. Manage a team of analysts, developers, testers, system architects, and COTS product SMEs while providing weekly status reports and monthly performance updates to the Program Manager. This role operates within the pharmaceutical industry, utilizing Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies. Candidates must bring 5-10 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years as a Team Lead or Project Manager, and a PMP certification is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related discipline
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in IT projects
- at least 3 years as a Team Lead or Project Manager
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience with application development projects following Agile methodologies
- Expert level proficiency in ticketing systems
- Expert level proficiency in MS Office applications
- Expert level proficiency in project scheduling tools
- Expert level proficiency in diagramming tools
