Job Summary
DevOps Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, scripting automation tasks, and managing tools like GitHub and JIRA. Jenkins administration is essential to ensure smooth and efficient build and deployment processes. Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams; implement monitoring and logging; apply security best practices across deployment and infrastructure. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 3 years in a DevOps role, proficiency with CI/CD, scripting (Bash, Python, Groovy), Jenkins, GitHub, JIRA, and knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes; must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a DevOps role or similar position
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools and practices
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, Groovy)
- Experience with Jenkins administration and optimization
- Solid understanding of GitHub and version control systems
- Experience with JIRA administration and agile methodologies
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
