Job Summary
Software Development Tester with active Top Secret clearance, responsible for software analysis, testing and evaluation across dynamic/performance testing, code review, and vulnerability research in cyber operations contexts. Candidate should possess experience with modern languages (C, C++, C#, Java), red teaming/offensive cyber methodologies, post-exploitation tool development, Win32 APIs, DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and developer infrastructure (VPN/DNS/DHCP/LDAP/VM hypervisors/Nexus). Certifications in offensive tool development or exploits and familiarity with C2 platforms (e.g., Cobalt Strike) are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Clearance required
- 3+ years' experience in software analysis, test, and evaluation
- experience with modern programming languages: C, C++, C#, Java
- 5+ years' experience in software analysis, test, and evaluation
- experience with mission-driven rapid development in support of cyber operations
- expert understanding of red teaming or offensive cyber activities
- experience with cyber red team or offensive cyber development (post-exploitation tools and defense evasion)
- comprehensive understanding of Win32APIs
- experience in DevSecOps and CI/CD
- ability to implement/maintain developer infrastructure (VPN, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, VM hypervisors, Nexus)
- certifications focused on advanced offensive tool development or exploit development
- familiarity with C2 platforms (e.g. Cobalt Strike)
