Job Summary
Lead a cross-functional team of six engineers with technical and disciplinary oversight while maintaining hands-on development of the Fintech platform using React, TypeScript, and .NET. Drive architectural decisions, optimize software components, and guide the migration from Angular to React. Collaborate closely with Product Owners on prioritization and planning, ensuring high-quality software delivery for financial advisors across Germany. Mentor team members, establish team structures and best practices, and maintain technical documentation. This role sits at the intersection of engineering leadership, product development, and innovation within a company dedicated to strengthening people and organizations through international collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Webentwicklung
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Führungs- oder Senior-Rolle
- Fundiertes Know-how mit React, HTML, TypeScript, SASS sowie in .NET-basierten Websystemen
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der fachlichen und/oder disziplinarischen Führung von Entwicklungsteams
- Stärke in technischen Entscheidungen und Architekturverantwortung
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

- Erfahrung in Planung und Steuerung von Entwicklungsprojekten
