Job Summary
Lead operational excellence across OCI's strategic customer portfolio by owning systems, processes, governance, incident management, and operational readiness. Build scalable mechanisms that improve reliability, accelerate execution, and increase engineering efficiency for teams supporting mission-critical workloads. Drive execution frameworks at the intersection of engineering, operations, executive stakeholder management, and customer success. Requires experience leading SRE, DevOps, or Production Operations in hyperscale environments.
