Job Summary
L3 Support Engineer with 5+ years in Java, Linux, and distributed systems. Key responsibilities include providing escalated technical support for Lex platform application issues, diagnosing and resolving complex problems, performing system monitoring and optimization, assisting in deployment and release checkouts, developing and maintaining technical documentation and SOPs, building runbooks to improve operational efficiency, managing incidents and communicating with stakeholders, and conducting root cause analysis for recurring issues to drive permanent fixes. Required skills include strong Java programming, Linux proficiency, and experience with distributed systems and troubleshooting logs.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in L3 support or similar roles
- Strong proficiency in JAVA programming
- Good Troubleshooting skills in analyzing System and Application logs and working experience of support function in distributed systems
- Proficiency with Linux-based operating system, commands and utilities
- Experience with distributed systems
