Job Summary
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases covering functional and non-functional requirements. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard frameworks while performing manual and automated testing across multiple platforms. Analyze and document software defects with clear reproduction steps and collaborate with developers to resolve quality issues. Monitor test execution progress, maintain organized test documentation, and stay current with emerging tools and best practices. Requires a degree in Computer Science, proficiency in Java, Python, or similar languages, and experience with Selenium, Jira, and the SDLC. Fluency in English is required.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or similar
- Proven experience in software quality assurance and test automation with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript for test automation script development
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, Robot Framework, PyTest, Playwright,TestNG, JUnit, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of API testing tools and techniques
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar)
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes
- Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
