Job Summary
Lead a high-performing software development team by identifying project needs, organizing activities for an enterprise application, and managing tasks to meet customer mission objectives. Monitor system requirements from diverse stakeholders, communicate effectively with developers, and deliver solutions while managing documentation, timelines, and deliverables. Engage with Subject Matter Experts to define and assess requirements, manage all project documentation including meeting minutes and quality standards, and maintain positive relationships with mission partners. Coordinate evolving needs across different groups to ensure goals and timelines are met, while communicating project status and obtaining approvals for control gates. Requires TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years in project management, and experience with Agile and Scrum.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 10+ years' experience in Project Management, System Engineering, or Project Integration
- 5+ years' experience managing Software Development teams
- Experience with Project Management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience with the Agile development process and serving as a Scrum Master
- An active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline
- 5+ years supporting customers and programs in the IC Community
- 5+ years of experience in a technical lead position
- PMP or ITIL certification
