Job Summary
Lead and manage the Software Development team while serving as the Software Product Owner to define, prioritize, and manage the software backlog. Establish the strategic software roadmap and translate market insights into clear product requirements focused on user experience. Drive the full software lifecycle from requirement gathering to cross-functional releases, owning end-to-end product launches through collaboration with Hardware, Sales, and Service teams. This role bridges market requirements and execution by defining the software vision and providing hands-on functional and line management. You will work alongside leading industry experts on challenging projects that bring tomorrow's electronics to life within an inclusive, collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Proven experience developing, implementing, and maintaining software products across their entire lifecycle
- High proficiency in C#
- Experience leading agile teams (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience managing workflows using ALM tools like Azure DevOps
- Analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel periodically for on-site client and partner engagements
