Job Summary
Software Development Manager responsible for overseeing software development teams and staff, directing multiple projects, supervising testing and defect resolution, and ensuring quality of code and documentation. Responsible for requirements gathering, design specifications, progress tracking, and knowledge transfer to training/documentation teams. Requires JDE World 7.3 experience, AS400, RPG/LE, STRDBG/STRISDB/JDEDBG familiarity, strong communication skills, ability to manage remote employees, and willingness to work on-site full-time. On-site in Arlington, TX; requires high school diploma or GED and 10+ years of application development with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
