Software Development Manager II

As Software Development Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of software systems powering the Mobius Autonomous Vehicle Control platform (developed in C#). You will direct the work of engineers across the full software development lifecycle, ensuring best practices in design, development, testing, deployment, and support. This role combines people leadership of software development engineers with guiding the engineering team to achieve milestones while maintaining high standards of software quality, scalability, and reliability. Responsibilities include planning and directing software development activities, overseeing the full lifecycle (design through maintenance), validating functional requirements against business and customer needs, resolving technical feasibility and production issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams on strategy and architecture, managing timelines and budgets, leading hiring and performance management, driving process improvements, and ensuring proper documentation and data management across platforms.
