Job Summary
Lead multiple software teams in an agile environment to develop, test, deploy, and maintain company products and services. Oversee cross-functional engineering groups while serving as Scrum Master on one or more teams. Manage simultaneous projects by collaborating with product and project management to drive Agile processes, including release and sprint cycles. Partner with leadership to determine priorities, create technical solutions, and assist with iterative improvements to deployment processes. Manage team performance through goal setting, coaching, and formal reviews. Lead continuous improvement of development and test processes via architectural reviews, security compliance checks, and code reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related technical field from an accredited U.S. institution
- 10 years of experience as a software developer after receiving degree
- Technical leadership responsibilities as a team lead or at a comparable level
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Candidate must be capable of obtaining a secret security clearance if required for future project assignments
