Job Summary
Software Development Leader responsible for guiding the Salesforce engineering team in Phoenix, AZ to deliver high-quality, scalable CRM solutions aligned with the enterprise product roadmap. Leads, mentors, and develops a team of Salesforce engineers within an Agile framework, shaping technical architecture strategy, driving CRM adoption, and ensuring execution within budgets and SLAs. Partners with Product Owners, Delivery Coaches, and stakeholders to ensure timely, efficient delivery, while fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Oversees performance reviews, career development, and recruitment, and drives cross-training, succession planning, and resource optimization to achieve business objectives.
