Sustained Engineering Lead owning client escalations from intake through resolution, with hands-on coding in the stack (.NET/C#, TypeScript, Elastic, Redis, SQL Server). Responsible for triage, root cause analysis, writing production-grade fixes, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and QA to improve reliability and long-term quality.
