Job Summary
Design, develop, test, and optimize software solutions using C, C++, and Python to support AI, machine learning, and deep learning initiatives across Intel's software and hardware platforms. Contribute to the development of Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Diffusion Models by enhancing MLOps and Deep Learning CI/CD pipelines while performing performance analysis and debugging. Collaborate with engineers across software, hardware, and architecture disciplines to enable innovative solutions that power next-generation computing technologies. Pursue a Master or PhD in Computer/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with a 6+ month full-time commitment.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a Master or PhD in Computer/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related STEM degree
- Available to work full-time for the duration of a 6+ month internship
- 3+ months of academic or professional experience in software development in Linux and/or Windows environments
- Programming using C, C++, and/or Python
- Machine learning and/or deep learning development
- AI framework usage including TensorFlow and/or PyTorch
- Reinforcement Learning and/or Generative AI technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Diffusion Models
- Must be available to work full-time for the duration of a 6+ month internship

Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with triage/debug hardware-software issues
- Development or support of Deep Learning CI/CD or MLOps workflows
