Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML algorithms and production services spanning AI agents, computer vision, natural language processing, and recommendation systems. Collaborate with product, research, and platform teams to clarify objectives, then implement the end-to-end model lifecycle including data ingestion, feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. Ensure reliability through code reviews, automated testing, debugging, and performance regression analysis while documenting code, models, and operational runbooks. This role requires 3+ years of experience deploying machine learning models into production, building scalable microservices, managing CI/CD pipelines, and designing data pipelines for model training. Salary ranges from $184,030 to $275,400 OTE with a hybrid work arrangement permitted.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent
- 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
- 3 years of experience developing and deploying machine learning models (including CV, NLP, or recommendation) into production environments, including model evaluation and post release monitoring
- 3 years of experience building and operating scalable software or microservices that expose AI functionality via APIs or SDKs and integrating those services with existing systems
- 3 years of experience creating and maintaining automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and observability (logging/metrics/alerts) to support reliable AI/ML releases
- 3 years of experience designing and implementing data pipelines for model training and inference, including data validation, transformation, and versioning
- 3 years of experience authoring and maintaining technical documentation for algorithms, system architecture, and operational procedures
- Telecommuting work arrangement permitted
- Position does not require domestic or international travel
