Job Summary
Coordinate and support tool automation by partnering with developers to implement host improvements, optimize system performance, and manage requirements, testing, and deployment across GeRM, ET, and Sigma environments. Provide 24x7 support for critical software issues and manufacturing applications while troubleshooting automation problems, maintaining documentation, and preventing downtime. Collaborate with software teams to validate releases, develop training materials, and drive resiliency initiatives aligned with worldwide standards. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, proactively identify risks, and ensure accurate handoffs for smooth team operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of enterprise software development, implementation, and support experience
- Strong technical expertise in Python or Perl scripting
- SQL development
