Job Summary
Collaborate with engineers and product managers to deliver high-quality products by performing functional, regression, and smoke testing on new and existing products. Review documentation to define requirements and create test cases, then execute manual and automated test cases across web services, databases, and end-to-end flows. Drive best practices including performance, load, and security testing while developing and maintaining automation frameworks. Design test strategies and tools, apply GitHub best practices within CI/CD processes, and mentor junior team members. Ensure reliability of APIs and integrations while presenting work in org-level forums.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience with object-oriented programming languages and techniques: Golang, Node, TypeScript, JS, Java, RDBMS, Rest APIs
- 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining test automation for Backend (predominantly), Web & Mobile Applications
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum QA environment
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Mentor junior members of the team
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test cases within existing frameworks (preferably using AI)
