Job Summary
Software Development Engineer in Test responsible for developing and testing software solutions. Requires a BS or MS in Computer Science (or equivalent 4+ years of experience) and strong coding skills in C/C++/C# with scripting (PowerShell). Candidates should have solid debugging abilities, OS fundamentals knowledge, Windows development experience, and strong English communication. Must work in Redmond, WA as an in-person role with a focus on software development and QA practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related engineering field OR 4+ years of relevant industry development and test experience
- Development experience in C/C++/C# with strong programming and debugging skills and knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, command line)
- WTT experience
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to solve technical problems independently in areas of ownership
Desired Qualifications
- Solid understanding of OS fundamentals
- Knowledge of software development and quality assurance practices
- Windows Application Developer with requirement to select C++, C or C#
- Experience with Windows development and QA processes
- Strong debugging and scripting skills (PowerShell, command line)
