Job Summary
This role focuses on leading the design, development, and delivery of automation test frameworks for advanced software platforms, involving computer vision, machine learning, and more. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, interpreting requirements to develop test plans, driving technical execution within Agile scrum teams, and managing defect activities. Candidates must have a B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with extensive knowledge of Java, Selenium, and CI/CD processes, alongside strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or related field or 4 to 5 years of technical experience as an SDE/T or similar role
- 2+ years of applied professional experience in an object-oriented programming language
- Experience developing and testing in Java
- Experience developing tests through Selenium libraries
- Experience designing, implementing, maintaining, and scaling test automation frameworks
- Strong experience in developing and implementing End to End test strategies
- Prior work experience in and understanding of Agile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact effectively across all levels
- Ability to take a proactive, problem-solving/troubleshooting approach
Desired Qualifications
- Experience implementing software test automation into CI/CD process (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux OS)
- Experience with microservice architecture
- Experience with Backend testing (API testing)
- Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools
