Software Development Engineer III (SDE III) Tech Lead

Hands-on technical leader to guide architecture, translate requirements into developer-ready work items, and mentor engineers. Drives major design decisions across applications and deployment pipelines, establishes repeatable technical planning and decision documentation practices, and reinforces code quality through structured reviews. Collaborates with IT and business stakeholders to align on solution direction, translates business requirements into developer-ready work items with acceptance criteria, edge cases, dependencies, and a clear definition of done. Improves planning quality to increase predictability in estimates and delivery timelines, supports CI/CD processes, and contributes to continuous improvement of development workflows. The role combines technical execution with leadership, enabling scalable design, clearer decision-making, and more predictable delivery, while managing architectural risks and mentoring engineers to raise overall technical quality. Requirements include senior-level software engineering experience with demonstrated technical leadership, strong system design and architecture experience, ability to translate business requirements into structured technical plans, and proficiency with C#, Blazor, and modern application development frameworks; experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes; strong written and verbal communication skills; and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This is a full-time, hybrid-position based in Seffner, FL, with occasional on-site needs.
