Job Summary
Analyze complex business requirements to design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions integrating Lightning Web Components, Apex, and external systems. Drive full-stack engineering efforts using React, TypeScript, and AWS services while implementing AI-driven features and managing CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver secure, high-performance applications aligned with company service level standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience as a full-stack developer
- advanced Salesforce development expertise
- Strong hands-on skills in Salesforce development (Aura, Lightning Web Components, Apex)
- System Administration
- Platform App Builder
- Deep understanding of AgentForce or similar agentic platforms
- successful implementation experience as a core contributor
- Proven ability to leverage AI-assisted development workflows and tools
- Experienced in developing/integrating scalable services on AWS
- solid knowledge of authentication/integration best practices (e.g., API Gateway, IAM role strategies, OAuth)
- Well-versed in relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, CosmosDB)
- Exceptional knowledge of core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- focus on standards compliance, accessibility, and a seamless user experience
- Strong object-oriented programming skills
- Agile methodology experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
- Hybrid: Employees within 30 commutable miles of an F5 office are required to work from the office a minimum of 30 business days per quarter
