Job Summary
Develop new partner integrations for pay-in and pay-out networks supporting money movements across 170 countries. Use AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery while verifying output correctness, security, and maintainability. Deliver well-tested, observable, documented, and scalable solutions within a cloud-based architecture. Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and ramping new hires while partnering with product and operations teams globally. Write technical specifications, conduct design reviews, and promote best practices across the organization. Work with global partners as a company representative and collaborate on expanding the Global Network powering all product offerings.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of building, shipping, and maintaining consumer software products
- 2+ years working with services deployed on a commercial cloud provider like AWS
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate code construction, testing, and documentation in a production environment
- General experience migrating legacy services into modernized architecture
- Proficiency in Java, GoLang, or other general purposes languages
- Proficiency in working with large-scale database systems like MySQL, DynamoDB
- Proficiency in working with monitoring systems such as Prometheus and VictoriaMetrics
- General knowledge of technical architecture and system design concepts
- Clear and objective writing and in-person communication
