Job Summary
As a Software Development Engineer II at CSG, you will engage in end-to-end software development, including AI integration, working collaboratively in cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences and product capabilities. Your role involves designing and maintaining software applications, implementing APIs, creating intuitive front-end interfaces, and ensuring high-quality software through testing and optimization.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end development
- Hands-on experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework
- Solid understanding of API design, application architecture, and software design patterns
- Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases and data modeling
- Familiarity with Git, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn new technologies
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with containerization or serverless architectures
- Familiarity with AI concepts such as embeddings, model inference, prompt engineering, or evaluation
- Experience working on customer-facing products or large-scale enterprise systems
