Job Summary
Software Development Engineer to design, build, and maintain features for accessible document workflows on a hybrid team. Responsibilities include feature delivery, bug fixes, modernization efforts, code quality through reviews, troubleshooting, participating in planning and requirement refinement, collaboration with QA and stakeholders, and contributing to maintainable, secure software. Must have 1–2+ years of professional software development experience and proficiency with C#, SQL, JavaScript, .NET Core, and Blazor. Strong communication and teamwork skills; opportunity to mentor junior engineers. Hybrid work with some on-site presence in Seffner, FL.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of professional software development experience
- Experience with C#, SQL, JavaScript, .NET Core, and Blazor
- Experience building or enhancing application features within a team development environment
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and work through moderately complex technical problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members
