Job Summary
Year Up United offers a one-year (or less) intensive job training program in Dallas/Fort Worth combining in-classroom training with internships and job placement support. The program covers Application Development, Business Operations, Banking & Customer Success, IT Support, Data Analytics, Investment Operations, and Project Management, with personalized coaching and mentorship. Internships may be with major organizations (e.g., Bank of America, Capital One, JPMorgan Chase, Salesforce). Participants earn an educational stipend of $525 per week during internships and gain professional skills, resume-building, interview/networking training, and ongoing guidance to help launch a career. Employed graduates earn an average starting salary of $53,000/year within 4 months of graduation.
Required Qualifications

- eligible to work in the U.S.
- available Monday-Friday throughout duration of the program
