Software Development & Architecture Lead

Job Summary
Lead the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise software frameworks, APIs, and reusable components supporting critical business functions. Partner with architects and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions while establishing coding standards, unit testing, and configuration management processes. Contribute to architecture design, proof-of-concept development, and CI/CD pipeline implementation, including Jenkins job configuration and PKS cluster deployments. Drive the adoption of AI-powered tools to improve team efficiency and delivery outcomes. Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable software delivery across core platforms including Premier, DNA, Finxact, Signature, and Portico.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience delivering enterprise applications, frameworks or APIs
- 3+ years of experience leading architecture, technical design or software engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field
- Hands-on experience supporting integration across 5 core platforms: Premier, DNA, Finxact, Signature and Portico
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and managing Jenkins-based deployment workflows
- 2+ years of experience deploying applications to PKS clusters or similar Kubernetes-based environments
- 1+ year of experience applying AI-powered development tools or workflows to improve productivity and delivery quality
