Job Summary
Software Development Advisor responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting AI-powered Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, and AI-enabled workflows. Develop 4–6 Salesforce platform enhancements concurrently, participate in 2-week sprints, implement scalable AI capabilities, engineer prompt logic for agentic solutions, maintain KTLO and automated test coverage, and collaborate with UX, product stakeholders, and governance teams to ensure compliant, high-quality delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, Salesforce platform integrations
- Experience developing or supporting AI-enabled business solutions
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI workflow orchestration
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD practices
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
