Job Summary
Develop software for advanced modeling and simulation environments, integrating applications into flight simulators for pilot training. Design, develop, test, and maintain C/C++ applications using CMake, Bash, Python, and scripting languages while working within DevOps environments for automated builds and deployments. Evaluate source code, implement real-time software with parallel processing, and collaborate with engineering teams to design enhancements. Utilize Git and Jira for Agile development across cross-platform systems. Requires a bachelor's degree, three years of experience, and ability to obtain security clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Aerospace, Software Systems, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Experience with C/C++, CMake, Bash, Python, scripting, and databases
- Familiarity with Agile development tools such as Git and Jira
- Ability to obtain required security clearance
