Lead a software engineering team and business analysts in a dual technical/software development and management leadership role. Operate in an office-first environment with Cape Town-based teams and engage with Product, Professional Services, and Project Office to ensure defined, prioritized, and high-quality deliverables. Responsibilities include software development contributions, solution architecture, recruiting to fill talent gaps, and delivering impactful financial software in a FinTech context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- 2+ years experience leading a software development team
- 2+ years experience working as a developer in a software development team
